crab salad cocktail with wasai creamcheese


crab was on sale.

I deepfried some gyoza wrappers to crisp for garnishes.

avocado, crab meat, tomato.
I mixed cream cheese with tubed wasabi paste.
Splash some soy sauce when you eat.



Fire king plate, Macbeth-evans plate, antique cocktail glass.
